Why we do this
We experienced to be new residents in Valencia and were struggling with the Spanish bureaucracy and school system. We found that simple, straight forward transactions were more challenging than expected. We learned so much through these bureaucratic conflicts that we happened to start assisting friends and others as they arrived in Valencia. We feel the need to help and support people during this transitional and foreign stage which can be very frustrating and blocking. We both came to the conclusion that it is essential to have someone with the proper knowledge of the information needed before the move and with the competent contacts to expedite the administrative procedures.Our combined experiences, knowledge, and personalities are the perfect fusion to help new expats choosing Valencia as their new destination.
